Report on evidence-based interventions and good practices

This report analyses interventions and practices that have proven effective in caring for older people with dementia or disabilities/co-morbilidities. It will provide a foundation for improving care approaches.

Needs assessment report

This report identifies the specific needs of older people with dementia or disabilities/co-morbilidities, as well as the students and professionals involved in their care. The assessment is informed by interviews and co-creation sessions with the target groups.

Gap analysis report

A comparative analysis of the identified needs and existing practices, revealing gaps that need to be addressed. This report will provide essential input for the development of the e-learning platform.

Database of 20 good practices

This database contains 20 examples of successful care approaches identified across the six pilot sites in Europe. The pilot sites are located in:

E-learning platform

An innovative e-learning platform designed in collaboration with students, professionals, and older people, providing open educational resources. The e-learning platform is designed to be inclusive and accessible, with consideration for people with auditory or visual impairments. It is open source and accessible both online and offline, and translated into multiple languages (English, Italian, Greek, Spanish and Dutch). It includes:
